6. Content Guidelines

• Users must not generate, upload, or distribute any illegal, harmful, or misleading content through our platform
• All content must respect intellectual property rights. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any reference images or prompts used
• Sexually explicit or NSFW content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to nudity, pornography, sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses or scenarios, and requests to undress or remove clothing from any person, whether realistic or stylized
• Face swaps, deepfakes, and any manipulation of a real person's face, likeness, or identity are strictly prohibited unless you are that person or have their explicit consent. Placing a real person's face or likeness into any sexual, intimate, suggestive, humiliating, violent, coercive, or otherwise compromising scenario is prohibited in all cases
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, suggestive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate context is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities
• Graphic violence, gore, and content that promotes harassment, hate, self-harm, or illegal activity are prohibited
• Attempting to circumvent our content moderation, for example by repeatedly rephrasing or slightly altering blocked prompts, is itself a violation of these Terms
• We employ active content moderation to enforce these guidelines and reserve the right to take action against any violations

8. Service Modifications

9. Account Termination

Any attempt to generate prohibited content, including NSFW content, face swaps or deepfakes of real people, or content sexualizing minors, will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, regardless of whether the generation succeeds or is blocked by our moderation systems. Accounts suspended for such violations are not eligible for any refund of subscription fees or credit purchases, and all remaining credits will be forfeited. We may remove the associated content, retain relevant records as permitted by law, and report illegal content to law enforcement authorities. We may also suspend or terminate access to our service for any other violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
